I can't say enough good things about this company. They go beyond what is required. Thoroughly professional. They return calls, provide prompt service, and keep you updated, unlike some others in this area. I had to replace my furnace during heating season, and Tim worked 12 hours straight to get it done. Highly recommended.

This company should be ashamed of its self I call about a possible repair of a chimney. Wait a month Comes to my property does a TSSA inspection which we did not ask for. . Restricted us from gaining oil to our furnace for the winter. I call to clarify the situation in a calm polite manner, They laughed at me relentlessly as I'm explaining I'm unable to heat My house this winter based off of this company doing something is was not asked. Disgusted they think it's a joke.

Best service we have ever experienced from a heating company. Firstly, they actually answer their phone and call back when they say they will. Showed up same day, after normal working hours, to repair non-firing furnace and had problem solved in no time. Actually had the parts with him that he needed. Very reasonable bill. Explained things very clearly with no condescension. We cannot express our gratitude with the exemplary service!
