    I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. I was very impressed with them, would use them again, and would highly recommend them!

    Too Busy to show up for scheduled appointments!

    Not a happy customer. They couldn't make the 9am appt because they were too busy. Why book so many Clients then!
