We usually like this restuarant but every time we've gone to this location, it's like playing Russian Roulette. The last time we dined there, instead of telling me their pizza oven wasn't working, they tried cooking my pizza in the microwave and the crust was soggy and half raw. It was so bad, I felt sick from the half piece I ate, so their offer for me to choose something else was unwelcomed.
I would appreciate being told beforehand if they are unable to prepare my order appropriately, rather than have eaten some poor attempt to cook my food in an unconventional manner. I haven't been able to order pizza out since.
