i have been to the moose in kitchener and my experience was much better there..the management in the barrie moose seemed fake nice and we overheard them giving our server heck when she was a great server as well all we heard all nite was someone screaming HANDS!!!! very annoying and obnoxious other hten that great food and service as usual

way too crowded in the dining room. too much...

way too crowded in the dining room. too much confusion it seemed. kept hearing someone yelling from the kitchen. server kept forgetting about us. management was excellent though.

Food took too long for lunch, service was good...

Food took too long for lunch, service was good, blinds on the windows should be cleaned, they were very disgusting (covered in food pieces). Some of the food was not fresh, some of the chicken was dried out and some lettuce was not at its best. Overall it was Ok.

The service was slow, the children did not get a good dessert with the meal (they were disappointed with the mini Freezie) and our mashed potatoes were cold.

Well my husband & I have been going to the Moose...

Well my husband & I have been going to the Moose for about 4 yrs or so. Since they've changed over the management the positive & always friendly staff have defiantly decreased. There are a few servers that are excellent but, the others are horrible, very slow & unfriendly. The food is always great....thats one of the reasons we love it there. It seems that the management treats the staff very poorly, always yelling from the kitchen "HANDS" which is very annoying.
