I called BCA to get a quote but unable to reach someone. The owner called me back and was very rude. He refused to identify his company name and when I figured out he was a concrete company I explained my needs. The first thing he said was "I have no idea about what you're saying". The 2nd thing he said "My price should be higher than usual because I am very busy". I asked him to text me his email address but never did. I just don't get how you can stay in business with such attitude.
