Zero stars Lady wanted to charge me 120.00 to hem 2 pairs of sweat pants and take in one top at the bust When I said no way She then said " ok, how about $70.00"

Absolutely terrible service. Took a pair of heels there that needed to be repaired and this is what I got back. I told them that was a terrible job and first she tries to tell me it’s my fault cause the shoes obviously don’t fit me then Says it’s not her fault she sends them out. After arguing with her I finally walked away before i completely lost it no offer of a refund or anything. They require payment in advance obviously this is why because their work is terrible!!!!!!!!!

Do not use this tailor. Ruined my dress, regardless what I asked for and it was even marked when present, still was completely different. Argue with you if you have any issues with the work, they don’t care about customer service, just making a scene.

TERRIBLE PLACE EVER The woman working there (I guess the owner of the establishment) she is absolutely rude and disrespectful, I just went there for a quote, and she waned to overcharge a crazy amount of money, my dress needed an alteration nothing difficult or out of the ordinary (at the end I ended up doing it myself... that easy!) She told me very offensive things when I told her that that amount seemed extremely high. No way to treat a costumer at ALL. Beware of this place!

Worst seamstress ever. Ruined a new pair of pants with a florescent double row of stitching and insisted it was beautiful, flipping the one pant leg over discovered things had gone awry with the seams. I explained as I did when I dropped the pants off that I wanted them to look the same just shorter. Five days later the pants were not hemmed, she said "I no do". She'd picked out the florescent thread leaving some rather large holes, needless to say the pants are in the garbage.

Horrible! Completely ruined a pair of pants & refused apology or refund! Also, person behind me in line was there to complain of dress being ruined.
