The foods great, the customer service is really bad. Their employees are not trained properly on service. the Chicken tasted a bit raw but the tikka was fine. Their naans are great! They would be a great restaurant if only they had better training for their employees.

i ordered the food for pickup. i went according to the time they toldme to pickup. for 15 minutes no one was at the cash register and no one came outside. even tough they saw me pacing in the resturant.
when the cashier finally did decide to come out, she messed up the cash register and i was waiting for another 15 minutes. in the meantime no one bothered to ask me what i wanted. finally after 30 minutes everything is working and she asked me what i wanted. i said, " i am here for..." and the phone rings and she tells me to hold on and takes the phone call. as soon as she puts down the phone after 3 minutes it rings again and she is on the phone again taking another order. i waited for 7-8 miutes till she was done.
i was pretty mad and asked for the manager and lo and behold... no manager available.
i am surprised that the business runs half as much with that kind of service. the owner definately needs to hire proper people who are actually trained with customer service as opposed to just taking money.
only visit the resturant if and only if you are stuck in brampton with no ohter option. the food may be good but the service is awfull.
The best restaurant no doubt, the food is absolutely delicious and prepared with utmost care. These people cater to your needs and staff is very friendly.
