    Terrific

The food is great and the service is fast and very friendly. Wonderful atmosphere. Yum Yum!!!! Try this place out. You won't be disappointed. The outside may not look like much but it's whats on the inside that counts

    I Love This Place!

This is a great little diner situated at the corner of Grey and Clarance. I had always wanted to give this place a try so I decided to go in for lunch one day. There isn't too much parking, you will probably need to park on the street, which is definitely not a problem. When I walked into the diner, every table was full except for one. The diner is very small, only about 7 or 8 small tables were in there. The kitchen is open, so you are able to see the cooks making your meal. When I sat down, a nice young woman came to my table and asked me what I wanted to drink. She then brought me a menu and I chose my item; the Marconi Famous Chicken Sandwich with a side order of poutine. It took a while for the meal to come, maybe about 15 minutes, but it was well-worth it! The chicken was nice and tender, cooked to perfection, with fresh cheese and sauce drizzled on it. The bun it was wrapped in was fresh, it tasted better than any other bun I've ever had. The poutine was nice and cheesy, the only thing I didn't like about it was that the fries weren't crispy enough, but other than that, they were amazing! The price wasn't too bad either, only $13 for a huge sandwich and a big plate of poutine. This place really cares about their customers, and I will definitely go back anytime!

A GREAT LITTLE DINER AT THE CORNER OF GREY & CLARENCE!!!!

The kitchen is in plain view and very very clean. The spaghetti and meatballs were delicious and the spaghetti was plentifal & al dente. The sauce and meatballs tasted like they were made from scratch. The wings were also very tasty. The only complaint I have is that they didn't provide enough dipping sauce for the wings - 3 or 4 of those little paper cups would have been better. The 2 italian ladies were very polite and friendly. The older woman looked like she could whip up a meal with one of her hands tied behind her back! A nice little place serving home cooked meals. Well worth the inconvenience of trying to find a parking spot.
