Surprised that the person at the window handed food to me without gloves , and sandwich not in a bag. Other Horton’s I have been to wear gloves and use a long handled box to pass your food !! Will not be back

Ordered a Large Ice Coffee like I always do, and get handed a cup a sugar. No one could physically drink this sugar mess I was given. Tried to water it down when I got home. Convinced it didn’t even have coffee in it.

I order the same thing almost everyday and 98% of the time it’s messed up by the same 3 people. Large peppermint tea 1 bag in, 1 on the side black. I either get both bags put in, milk added which I am LACTOSE (happened today again), and one other time I was given a hot chocolate...don’t go here. Wish there were other Tim’s on my way to work. Won’t be returning.
