    Nasty company , not reliable service, they owe me a credit 2 months later and bunch of excuses , still money no return to me, garbage ,worse of all.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Still waiting for a return call to set up an appointment with a technician to set up my apartment/lobby intercom system. Can’t seemto get the problem corrected . sorry I ever switched to Cogeco!!!

    very unsatisfactory, i am about to cacel, i cannot contact you by phone, what happened to yor service. the waiting time on the phone is unreal. forget about the call centre
