Nick and a colleague of his came to my house to disconnect and cap a gas line. I'd purchased a new electric washer/dryer and never realized that the dryer I previously had was running on gas. Nick answered my initial email promptly and was able to get to my house to disconnect/cap the gas line within 24 hrs of my initial contact. When he arrived he was friendly, explained everything and went above and beyond to install my new appliances. Great service, awesome price! Would use him again for sure

Nick came over to do the gas work on our new gas stove. Not only was he very knowledgable about our stove and hooked up the gas very efficiently, but he also installed it for us and showed us how to operate our new convection oven and gas stove Very happy with the service

Our initial estimate seemed high so I contacted Metro West Gas for a second opinion. Their representative (Nick) recommended the best alternative for installing the line for the new gas stove. His price was also better then the earlier estimate. On the appointed day, Nick and his assistant arrived on time and got the work done as scheduled. We are pleased with the service.

The technician from Metro West was professional and knowledgeable. They installed all my kitchen appliances. They installed a new gas line for my cook top, and new plumbing for my dishwasher, and hooked up my sink and faucet. We had a new waterline installed for our fridge. They also installed our hood fan, which required them to cut a hole in the brick outside. They also installed our washer and dryer. The technician explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up after the work was done leaving the place clean. The price for work completed was reasonable, and I will be recommending this company to my friends and relatives.
