June 7/16 he replaced my starter. Drove away. I heard a loud bang while starting the truck about 2 weeks later following an oil leak from transmission lines. Took the truck back to Orlando and I find out from him the starter come loose. He tighten it. But was still left with a leak from transmission. I'm like, shocked. If it didn't come loose it wouldn't have hit the transmission line. He immidietly started to come with excusus. "The lines are rusted"
He installed the starter wrecklesly!
I was honestly surprised to see the negative feedback about Pacific & Vine. My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to Orlando for over 5 years now, and he has always been extremely fair and trustworthy. While it may not be the most "polished" garage, Orlando and his team certainly have my trust. They do a good job and they won't rip you off. I highly recommend them.
Most unreliable and rude service. Any other mechanic is better.
Had the tires changed there only to see them deflated in a few days due to reckless installation.
Brought the car for fixing and complete check up… Orlando did not even bother to check the oil and other liquids. Brought the car again and he rudely demanded extra payments.
I got Orlando to fix the starter on my vehicle. He install, I payed him. 2 week later starter comes loose. Hits transmission fluid line. I went to him. His answear was it was bent from before and it's rusted that's why it burst. he drives my truck of the lot. Says "I am not fixing your truck anymore, don't come here!
went to a different machanic. Only to find out he installed the starter the wrong way and bent lines to make the starter fit
DO NOT GO TO THIS MACHANIC, save your self the $$$
