I took my RAV to Phil because it was vibrating. He said it needed a whole brake job. Paid $2000.00, for the work. The vibrating continued, took it back and was told the wheels needed re-alignment. Paid another $40, which should have been part of the brake replacement. Vibrating continued, and took it back to him again. Was told he didn't know and the vehicle is in rough shape needs and close to being unsafe and will need to be replaced within a year. Waste of over $2000.00
