Ruined a pair of suit pants and insisted we dropped them off like that (literally put 10+ holes in them). My husband was genuinely surprised and taken aback when the person working there said we acknowledged the damage on the pants when they were dropped off because he only acknowledged a burn to the vest of the suit. Sadly, they would not refund the $6.99 even though the pants were clearly ruined. Too bad because the prices are good.
