Disrespectful

Really disrespectful experience at this location. I was charged a $10 surcharge for "vomit" on my business jacket on top of the already expensive cost for 1 week turnaround. Proceeded politely by stating that it was not vomit and felt demoralized and disrespected by the response. Amazing they don't give THEIR customers the benefit of the doubt, and instead insisted that "students that vomit on their jackets won't tell me they did", insinuating that I must have vomitted on it without a doubt and
