Very disappointed. I ordered a 40 of whiskey and a 1 liter Smirnoff ice. I said a one liter. The driver came to the door with a mickey of Smirnoff vodka. The driver said that was all the order was. New years eve. spoiled. Thank you sooooo much. B and D forgot to place my order years ago. that is why i did not use them for years. I will never use you again and will tell anyone who will listen about my experiences. Incompetent. Do not use.
Sooo,,,I had recently posted a review about this company and it wasnt very good,,, truthful but not Good,,,I am now going to repost ,,,the owner,,,very cool guy( I must say handsome,,lol) has called us several times,,,to apologise,,,he was very concerned about what happened,,,!! Couldnt say sorry enough,,and to my surprise he brought us a bottle of our favorite (40 creek) awesome,,,,thank you,,,and we will order again,!!
I feel that the drivers need etiquette training. I have waited 2 hours for delivery, not weather related. They decided they would gossip in the beer store waiting for more than one order. I find that discouraged patrons, do not need excuses for not tipping. Another would be a heavy smoker coming to deliver and expect a tip. This is a challenge on anyone with allergies. I feel that it is rotten. We have been spared the wrath of bad weather. Dispatch need training in courtesy. Thank you.
Fast and efficient service! Great for the nights you can’t get out and pick up more for your party! They arrived quickly and the driver was friendly. I recommend their services to all who ask!
they dont have enough drivers for the high demand they have on busy days, so wait time is really long - drivers are rude and the business owners, as well as the employees dont care - as long as they are being paid.
Missing package of value and they can’t reach the driver - not their first screw up and they don’t care about the mistakes they make or the stress they cause.
May 16th we ordered 2 cases of Crystal and 2 cases of Laker Ice and was charged full price. Asked why because the Laker Ice was on sale (and still is)2 cases for $60.00. Called today and spoke to Courtney then Amanda who told me there was nothing they could do because l needed to order a 48 pack.I said no beer comes in a 48 pack. I even offered to just take a free delivery and they said no can do. Amanda hung up on me. Called the beer store and they are gonna refund me.
B & D staff and drivers are always polite and professional! Even when they're running behind due to weather, long week-ends etc, they're still MUCH faster than ordering off the store sites where you have to wait 2-3 days (IF it's in stock) and pay twice the amount for home delivery!!
Girl on phone helped me choose a wine, which I absolutely loved! Very friendly both on phone and at door. I will definitely be using them again and recommended them to my friends as well.
I have been a customer of this liquor delivery company for over 20 years! It was this winter's cold temperatures that made me realize just how much I truly appreciate B&D Deliveries. On a very cold afternoon, I was heading out to my local grocery store, when my car wouldn't start. Long story short... I called B&D Deliveries and they actually picked up some groceries for me. Wow! I am a regular customer as I order from time to time, but had no idea the extent of their services!!! Thank you.
