I cant speak to their work, but their customer service is terrible. The place is a joke, if you are not an expert (looking to spend big) or friends with the owner. The staff does not acknowledge you, but would rather speak vulgarities to each other while you browse. I have tried them 4 or 5 times, and have never had an above 2/5 star experience. I will not be going back.
Excellent repair, set-up and custom-build services. Amazing selection of instruments. Staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Repair prices are reasonable. Great place!!
This place rules. The only guys who know how to correctly set up a guitar in the area. Don't take your baby anywhere else! Cool selection of medium and high end guitars and vintage collectibles as well.

They fixed the twisted neck and replaced the truss rod on my 64 Pbass! I've had this bass "repaired" numerous times previously locally but never to my satisfaction. Action is amazingly low and it seems to resonate deeper and longer now. Repair time was less than a week. I'm glad I took the time to actually check this place out and I will be back soon, thanks guys!
I really never write reviews but whats up with this place? I mean is the whole shop just consigned junk nobody wants anymore... Don't wast your time with this place!!!
I play bass guitar in a Canadian indie band. We were recently in the Kitchener area, so I stopped in at the guitar corner. I was looking at a vintage traynor amp that seemed to cut in and out when I turned the volume up. I told the owner I wasn’t into the amp and the guy says just load it up with some wd40. I naturally started to laugh- the guy actually got mad and called me an idiot. Well I tell everyone everywhere I go about this. THIS STORE IS A JOKE!!
Shopping at the guitar corner was the worst guitar buying experience of my life. I really don’t know how people can be as dishonest as the owner of this place. The things I was being told by this guy just to make a sale where crazy. I also had my son their age of 10 and this guy who I guessed worked there was swearing at another customer about being wrong. I cant believe this place, Do some research and go elsewhere.
Just had my guitar in to be seviced!! It awesome best job ever!!! I will be going there for life!!
I ONLY shop here. Best vintage and new selection! Owner and staff is very knowledgable, friendly and honest. I purchased a vintage fender amp recently that had a tube melt down. They supplied me with tested nos tubes without hesitation and repaired it overnight! They actually care about the customer not just a sale like some big box stores I know of.. As I said I only shop here!
The best guitar shop! The owner is a super friendly honest guy!! Great gear new, used and vintage! Worth the drive. New stuff all the time! Fastest repair service in town Check them out!!!
The owner is very dishonest. I purchased a vintage pedal and was told that it was all original, I soon found out it was not! I then went in to return the pedal and was treated poorly...I hope this helps someone...

Just bought a very expensive vintage amp from the guitar corner this weekend, huge disappointment! Not one original internal component remained in this amp. I asked the owner what we could do to resolve the issue and why he told me it was all original; He explained to me it’s my problem now the deal is done! I can’t recommend this place at all. Don't waste your hard earned money.
I felt instantly comfortable and at ease walking into the inviting little shop... Employees' seem to love their job and it shows in the customer service they provide- knowledgeable & enthusiastic love of music is a common denominator among all! I enjoyed walking through the shop – I found the selection of instruments’ to be exquisite, affordable, and very cool! Sue Marshall
