    Very very bad experience. There were some delays in closing the deal and the lawyer called us and yelled at us. The lawyer also doesnt seem to care about anything except closing the deal. We have some concerns on the statement of adjustments that is clearly wrong. He just said it is the standard procedure and asked us to read some documents and refused to communicate. Anyway, Im not sure if he is just having a bad day (or many bad dayS) or he is just terrible in the service.
