We bought a sectional at the London store on the afternoon of June 30/21. After we went online, and found that we could have bought the same sectional for approx $270 less. online orders had NO delivery charge and a Canada Day Weekend discount. After numerous tries to contact the salesperson, they finally got back to us - SORRY no refund of 270 dollars. I am waiting for the 'manage- they are BAD!
I waited for 4 months for my chairs and when I received them every one of them was damaged. I paid interest for 4 months and I can not get a refund so I have to order more junk. Just say nooo to bad boy.
We purchased a furniture set for $2k was promised the fabric was a new type of synthetic leather that wouldnt flake off like bonded leather does. The couches started flaking a year&half later. We contacted the warranty dept who told us we in fact have bonded leather its not covered under warranty. After escalating for months we were offered a$350 store credit. For a $2,000 set. DONT TRUST ANYTHING THE SALESPEOPLE TELL YOU. Were living proof theyll tell you anything to make the sale.

I have not received my purchase after almost 2 months. The general manager offered me a pink couch instead of the blue one I purchased because he said I might not get my set until the new year.
We had a bad experance from start to finish. We bought a new fridge and had trouble the day after delivery called Bad Boy they never once called back. After 5 service calls the fridge is working.We talked to there complaints Guy from toronto who was going to try and get us an extended warrinty for all our trouble he never called back. We will never shop there again.
Great service and great staff. No complaints even though I've heard bad things. I will shop again.
Bad Boy = Bad Service Got a call saying appliances could be delivered early ..on Saturday. Arranged disconnection of old gas stove and removal of Fridge. On Sat. nothing arrived. Called delivery - who suggested I was not being honest about the early delivery. Still have the voice message offering the early delivery. After being without a fridge/stove & accused of being dishonest I just want to cancel my order. Op. Manager & General Manager refuse to cancel the order. STAY AWAY from Bad Boy.
