My Garage door opener all of sudden stopped working last weekend and I called Manara Services. They were very prompt in returning my call and service was very consistent with all the good reviews I saw. The technician was on time and very neat and efficient with his work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs service on their garage doors
They came in on time and worked really well, did a great job and cleaned up everything after them. Answered any questions and concerns that I had. They also had all the tools ready on hand.I will definitely be contacting them again for any more work needed.

I hired Manara Services to replace a broken spring on my garage door. They were very professional and their service was superb. They even did a tuneup and lube at the end and the door is working great now.

He over complicates every aspect of Garage Door Installation so that he can increase the scope and therefore, increase the cost of the project.
Worst customer service in the world, Quote price and actually price charge is over triple.

At Manara we always value our customer feedback as long as it is valid and logical. We investigated this complaint which came as a surprise considering this particular technician received several positive genuine reviews mentioning him by name on other platforms! The price quoted to this customer prior to the job was $196 for labour to work on two doors. The final bill before tax was $256 which means there was a difference of $60 that was charged for parts and material needed to complete the job! This hardly constitutes a charge of "triple the price"! Furthermore the customer was offered a total of $34 in discount and was not charged for the additional hour of work required to fix the customer's 20 year old chin buster doors. This was fully detailed in a written reply to the customer. Under normal circumstances this would qualify as a job well done but this customer was still not happy!
We do not appreciate slanderous reviews and outright lies. The customer was indeed given a receipt with a warranty on work as customary with all our jobs done. We also have a record of it with his own signature. No further attempt was made by the customer to request another copy of the receipt either. His main complaint was about paying the HST under the excuse that he was not told about it despite it being required by law in Ontario for decades!
