    It was easy to get an appt for a AC unit. The tech was on time and got the job done well and cleaned up unit as part of repair. Excellent Service.

    They were on time...

    They were on time and kept me informed of when the technician would arrive. The technician was friendly and courteous, and didn't try to take advantage of me. I was very happy with the service.

    AC Repair

    I had Hy-Pro attempt to service my air conditioner this summer and they replaced a fan compressor capacitor for $350. I have since found out this part service replacement should have been less than half this amount. The air conditioner then broke down 4 days later, with the compressor having failed (I am now having to buy a whole new unit). When I attempted to call their customer service folks to voice my concerns re the price and service, they said they would look into it and get back to me. They never called back. Quite disappointing given their Better Business Bureau affiliation. They overcharged for their service and I found it to be very poor customer service as well.
