    My Drs office sent my request form to Dr Gaspars office on Oct 4th,and since then Ive been waiting for the appointment date(it has been 40 days)During this period they resent the request several times and I called their office,left a message twice,and nobody returned my calls until I canceled my appointment with them.This is very unprofessional!I just wasted my time to waiting for them to give me an appt date.This is a health issue and our health is not supposed to be in a receptionists hands!
