Stay away, I applied for a equity loan 3 months ago which he told me he'd have it done in a week and like I said we're on month three now.... I'm still waiting, no appraisal yet no nothing. I have to block my phone number in order for me to get a hold of him when i call. He even told his secretary not to answer my call. I don't know what his problem is. Before I bought my house Suhkdip loaned me a second mortgage and screwed up my closing date, if it weren't for the new homeowners being nice my wife and I would have been homeless for 3 days. Totally incompitent.
