The owner Rick is very unprofessional and the business seems to not know what they're doing. I cracked my iPhone 5 screen and literally had to go back 4 times to have it fixed. First time was when they forgot to properly screw in my screen and left one screw out which ruined my camera lens and got dust inside. Second was when their screen was faulty and stopped working, Third was when their screen had dead spots on the screen. Fourth time they finally got it right but spent hours. AVOID THEM!

I cracked the glass on my Samsung S4, brought it to these guys and they had it fixed within 20 minutes. They did and excellent job and even replaced the frame for me. Highly recommended.

If I could give them a zero I would. Brought them my ipad, screen lifted after a week, screen felt hollow and eventually cracked. Went back in, they took forever and superglued it screwing up my volume switch and wifi! Brought it to a reputable repair place and found that they do not use genuine parts and do not properly install screens. Not to mention their timelines and follow up are lousy. NEVER do business with these people as this was an expensive lesson to learn

They replaced the glass on an ipod 4 for me and a short time later the glass was lifting and developed cracks in it. When I asked about warranty they said it's not covered, because they would be out the price of the broken glass(not sure how that's my problem when they screwed up the installation) They offered to replace it again at a discounted price of $10, which was the amount of the current promotion they had running anyways.

I definitely recommend this company if you have a phone or iPad that needs to be fixed. The guys who work there are very helpful and were able to fix my stuff the same day. I have been to other repair shops in Newmarket and these guys are the best by far.
