    Horrible service at the desk. The guy name Victor was serving us twice. We came again few months after to find him still there. He is so rude and and cuts you off. Doesnt let you even speak. We have been going to Sheraton at the Falls every year. But last weekend was the last time we will be staying there. Will not recommend this place again to anyone. We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds, and Victor was arguing with us that we only booked it with 1 bed.Ridiculous!! until i showed proof!
