Well, staff is pretty okay depending on the department. Some times its a hit and miss. I understand staff are only human might be having a bad day. But one thing needs to be addressed checking the fruit and vegies. I went for lemons that reticules 1$per lemon. The ones on sale for 5$ were all rotten. There should be someone just checking stuff and throwing them out not selling for lesser. Health issue. Otherwise. Ok. I only shop for the Pc points to be hones. Cheers.

I ordered online from Zehres in Niagara falls Ontario on Morrison rd. Every item ordered was excellent except for 2 Delissio stuff crust pizzas. I baked both pizzas properly 1 week apart and for both pizzas the cheese in the crust oozed out and onto the pizza and caused the crust to almost be empty. You could see on the pizzas the white rounded cheese areas close to the crust equally spreaded and formed on top. What was wrong with those pizzas?

I just went into Zehrs to get a plant for my grandma because I love your flowers. I got a plant with a shiny pumpkin base. I asked if she can wrap it after telling her who it was for. She grabbed a loose clear bag. Placed it inside and said there ya go not pleased at all

easy to find goods; produce always fresh; deli excellent.

Angry Staff

The staff at this store is angry. Something has changed there because the anger and hatred for customers is noticeable and obvious. I like Joe Fresh, I like President's Choice. But in the end - front line staff can make or break the experience. This store needs to figure out why the staff is angry. My guess is its one bad apple employee spreading it (and I think I know who he is after the rudest experience ever happened at this store). I won't be back as long as he's working there.
