A+++ From the onset, working with the Estimators and Coordinators and the onsite crew, we received triple A professional service. Dustin and his crew installed soffits, fascia, eaves and capped around the garage doors on our home in Nov 2022, all while dealing with some pretty cold weather. Dustin and his crew are polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They take ownership and care about the work they perform. Quality work from quality people. Highly recommended!!
The men were quick-clean-professional-friendly. My daughter was so impressed. “Mommy, your so lucky you got such nice men to fix our house!”. I had a koi pond out front that wouldn’t have been safe to work around and the company agreed to come back in late fall after I removed and levelled it to make it safe. My fish had to come in anyway and the company made the time to come back with the same guys. Very happy with their work. I have recommended them verbally to others already.
Recently reshingled my house and out buildings. Professional, quote detailed and timely. All staff courteous and efficient. I had complained about the first attempt at chimney flashings and they without argument immediately redid them, excellently. Bay is not cheapest, but meets their commitments and does excellent work.

Had eavestroughs replaced and the double pro leaf guards installed. Dustin, Josh and Brandon are a top notch crew! They are all polite, respectful, professional and very hard working. They did a great job, and even went above and beyond to fix little things they noticed along the way. They left the site cleaner than it was before they came! Thanks for a fantastic job done! Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing services they offer, and will use them again ourselves!
iused Bay Roofing 2 years ago to reshingle my roof. They did an excellant job. Aug 4 /20 I had them come back and install eavestroughing. I have nothing but praise for this company and the crew that do the work. They did a fantastic job. and left the property cleaner than when they got here. It is nic to deal with a company that prides its self in providing excellent customer service right from the owner to all the people in the crew and office staff. I thank you for your excellent work.

The eaves through crew was over and above excellent and made up for the estimator who was approx. 1 1/2 late plus was not very helpful. The eaves through crew were more helpful and courteous the estimator was rude. I am giving a five star because of the crew otherwise, you have had a three star. Thanks Invoice #2945.
The crew was very professional and showed up when they said they would. They did a fantastic job on my roof and cleaned everything up when they were done. This company was very easy to deal with and friendly and I would highly recommend them. I will be using them again for my next roof project!
Ive had several roofs re-done over the years and without doubt Bay Roofing has been the best. The crew showed up exactly as scheduled and did an amazing job. I had a 20 x 24 garage and 8 sided gazeebo reshingled.......beautiful job. Done in 7 hours with full clean-up...not a scrap of shingle...nails.....or shingle wrap left to be found. Hats off to the entire crew......very courteous....very professional.......couldnt ask for more. PS....for breaks they like Spice Cake and Coffee :)

Bay Roofing re-roofed my house in 2017. Now, in 2020, a tree fell on my house. Nice to be able to rely on the same great team for all the repair work (structural, siding, and shingles). Its personnel are courteous. I intend to write a more thorough review after the repair is done.
