    Bad service

    This clinic charges patients for copies of their own medical records for CAD$1 per page. When requesting to transfer documents to other clinic, they do not send directly to the other institution. Instead they will require you to pick it up personally and bring them to the other institution at your own expense. They did not even put the confidential docouments into a proper sealable envelope.
