Three years ago I brought my elderly father in to update a very outdated will. Mr Molinari was very patient with my hard to hear father. The will was completed in a timely matter at a reasonable price. When it came time for my wife and I to do our wills I immediately though of Robert. We also had him take care of a issue with the Ministry of Finance from a probate we had done through another lawyer. That lawyer had charged us $12000 but failed to complete his duty. Highly recommend Robert.
This guy doesn’t know if he’s coming or going. Called him on a Monday to set up an appointment for a will for my mother-in-law. I asked him a ballpark figure and he quoted me $350-$750. Met with him on the Tuesday and I might add we had to come from out of town only for the price to go up to 1800. He called on Wednesday and said that it is going to be $3600 for a will. He was very unprofessional over talked me while I was talking. On Wednesday when he called he said we do owe him at least $500.

Our final quote reflected the added work and legal risk, and in the end our office correctly decided to advise both of you to try to find another lawyer for your scheme.

Our final quote reflected the added work and legal risk, and in the end our office correctly decided to advise both of you to try to find another lawyer for your scheme.

Called and an unprofessional lawyer answered and was very unwelcoming and had a annoyed tone..
Hi there, it does seem odd that a lawyer at our office would violate the firm's policy of professionalism while speaking to a potential client on the phone. Perhaps if you can provide more detail about the call - and your name - we could further look into it.

Mr.Molinari was the lawyer representing me in a very complicated divorce case where custody and child support were a huge issues. He put in a ton of time and effort to ensure that I get shared parenting and pay partial amount of child support. Absolutely I would recommend Robert Molinari. He came on my separation case, after I fired my prior lawyer, and early on I saw more progress. His thoughtful approach worked amazingly for me. Experience counts!!

Worst experience ever!
I hired this lawyer to write a separation agreement for my ex and I (all issues had been agreed upon, this was to be a simple legal document)
He quoted me 6 hours of billing time, for which I paid him in advance.
He later contacted me to demand an exorbitant 'retainer' before releasing the document.
I came away without my separation agreement, and was out the money I gave him.
Get yourself a contract lawyer before using this guy!
Hi there, you met with a lawyer of our firm on one occasion. You were shopping around for a lawyer to accept your Legal Aid Certificate to do the impossible task of drafting a separation agreement based on a lengthy mediation report in which you and your estranged partner actually could not agree on anything. We are not miracle workers!
