STAY AWAY from this company. They offer great price at the first year but WOW my second year they increased the price by 32% which is ridiculous especially if you are a retired person. DO NOT GET Trapped in their pricing strategy, I sold my snowblower and now I am stuck if either paying their ridiculous price increase or buying a new snowblower. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
