I've had excellen...

I've had excellent care at Skyline for 3 years now after hopping around trying to find a dentist for several years prior. The environment is relaxing and gentle, and the staff is friendly and caring.

poor dentist, materialistic business person

I went there as a new patient, on the strength of positive online reviews. The doctor explained that she could not assess my mouth without a comprehensive series of x-rays, and refused to treat me until her admin had spoken with my insurance company to see how much they would cover. She examined my mouth, and found no previous cavities. (I have four.) She examined the x-rays, and found no previous cavities. Her hygienist, within the first 30 seconds of my cleaning, had spotted all previous cavities. I didn't know how to reconcile the materialistic attitude and professional incompentence with the reviews I read online. Then I deduced that the good doctor has both comprehensive web and social-media strategies. I only wish that her dental abilities rivalled her marketing acumen.
