    Highly Recommended!

    I just wanted to share my wonderful experience that my husband and daughter and I had at the European Bakery. We had a great lunch , the service was exceptional, the server was so nice to us. It was very busy ,but we had our lunch in no time. The soup was a home made and the ruebans amazing. I was so impressed that they offered a great Gluten-Free menu Breakfast and lunch as my Daughter has celiac disease it made our dining experience so much better.to top it off the atmosphere was really nice, everyone was very happy! we ended up taking dessert to go, as well as a gluten free dessert for my daughter!also buying a loaf of fresh bread. If you want a great meal I would highly recommend eating here!!

    This used to be one of our favourite places for breakfast and of course to buy bread. We recently went on a Sunday morning and the young man who served us was pleasant enough but never returned to see what we needed. I didnt receive any creamers or milk with my hot beverage initially and had to seek out staff, found a different waitress (short middle aged lady with dark hair) who sighed loudly and practically threw the dish of creamers on the table for us. All of our breakfasts were cold, not even tepid. 2 of us had the wrong toast we ordered (no jam or condiments were offered or available) the french toast had a skimpy amount of syrup and again had to go seeking someone to get more. Two of the egg orders were wrong, over medium was served hard, over easy was also served hard. My mother complained to someone at the front cash who was pleasant and insisted that we not pay for our experience. Very nice of her but we'll still never be back, We've enjoyed it immensely in the past (aside from that one very rude waitress)

    Love this place!

    I absolutely love The European Bakery Cafe, wonderful staff, cozy atmosphere, and delicious food! I have had just about everything on the menu and love it all! I miss this place soooo much now that I live in Alberta! A wonderful place to go to have coffee with friends, delicious breakfast, savory lunch or hot supper! Highly Recommend it!
