Joe is an expert. He is reliable and knowledgeable. We were thrilled with his work on our expensive Persian rugs, which now looks like new. He was prompt and polite and very smart about all aspects. Even the leather trim was not harmed in the cleaning and looks great. We are having him do an expensive wool rugs as well now, based on his excellent work

After researching several rug repair places servingToronto City, I chose Persian rug services and have been a very satisfied customer. I needed to repair an oriental rug, and received great personalized service from the owner Joe, telling me my different options for my rug and the different costs. After choosing the right strategy, Joe was able to pick up my rug at my convenience and very quickly. Upon delivery, the rug looked great and I was impressed with the craftsmanship. Unfortunately, a small part of my rug began to unravel within a year or so of very moderate use. I was surprised, and frustrated after paying to have it repaired. I reached out to Joe and sent a picture, and Joe responded to me personally and promptly. Thier thecnicion picked up my rug for a second time, fixed the small area that was unraveling, and also cleaned the rug for me. All of this great service was free-of-charge and very professional. I would recommend Persian rug services to anybody in need of their services. They are professional, and stand behind their work. Persiann rug services has a long family history in the business and they do great work. Worth every penny
Just picked up our three small silk Persian rugs which I had cleaned by Persian rug services. I was amazed on how clean it got--it looks brand new. Their staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the price I thought to be very good. I would definitely use them again to clean my other area rugs, and now having been in the gallery, I'd go there again if I was shopping for more rugs.
