Last November, Sam and his crew removed the old soffits, fascia, and eavestroughs and installed new soffits, fascia, eavestroughs, and leaf guards. The job looks good overall, but we've had several issues along the way. When installing leaf guards, one of the workers dented the new soffit with a ladder. That hasn't been fixed yet. I also discovered two leaks within a week as soon as it rained. It's been nine months, and still not fixed; Sam kept telling me he was busy, now he is not responding.
