Portrait restoration

I inherited a portrait of my grandmother about a year ago, and only recently, I decided to have the painting refreshed. The painting must have been hung in a room with a fireplace as it appeared very dark. I emailed a few galleries and took it to Dadashi after several correspondences with Angie -whom I think is the shop manager? I received a competitive quote and so I took it in, and paid what was promised in the email without any extra costs. I later picked up my painting and the quality of the work was incredible. The only down side was that it took two weeks to complete but I barely recognized the painting!
