Kingscross Hyundai

We wanted to switch off from Kia not because of the brand, which we loved, but because of the mediocre customer service. Tried Kingscross Hyundai for the nice reviews and now I can attest the dealership really lives up to its reputation. Nina Dagdag was our salesperson and I cannot recommend her enough. She was kind, efficient and even helped us to change our deal after we signed it. Almost two years after making business with Kingscross, I still think they're a great dealership

Helpful, quick, friendly, extremely efficient and great service, purchased my vehicle and was driving it home within 2 days! I Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great and efficient service, they work with you and ensure you have the best service possible (and I've went through multiple cars and dealerships in my life this is by far the best one I've delt with. Purchased vehicle in 2021.)

After replacing my ignition I attempted to leave in my car it would not start at all. I went back inside where they told me I needed a new battery, there was nothing wrong with my battery when I left my car there. I told them to boost me and let me go. After 5-7 people stood around my car eventually some guy joined them and finally boosted my car. I’ve had no battery issues since then however my wipers would no turn on at all. They never reconnected the wiper wires and tried to charge me more!

Not a reliable dealer, i bought brand new sonata car from them I picked it up in excitement in evening and didnt check but next day when I noticed there is big noticible dent on roof about which i have told them and due to my busy schedule when i have shown them on my first service they asked me to pay for it if i have to fix it. So very unprofessional very unreliable and you can get better deal from other dealers.

Customer Service Who?

Customer service here is non-existent. The reception ladies are rude, rarely smile, and don't ever make you feel welcome. They always seem like they are in a bad mood and just want to rush you. The Service Technicians are the same way. They don't listen to your concerns and just want you to hand them your keys so they can overcharge you with "issues" to your vehicle and it just makes it worse when you come out of your appointment. They are overly priced here. You're better at looking elsewhere.
