Love the staff here and the doctor is amazing. Wait time is a little long but most definitely worth it as she takes the time to make sure her patients are okay . Definitely recommended
Dr. Rawoof and her staff are wonderful. Dr. Rawoof is thorough, kind and caring, and works with you as the patient when you are having health troubles. I have never felt rushed, and have never waited an excessively long time when I have an appointment booked. If a patient chooses to walk in on a Tuesday evening, then it might be busy, but you will be tended to as soon as possible. First come, first served. Ada is amazing; she gets all of your prescriptions ready for you, referrals, bloodwork...
Terrible service.. you never get in when your appointment time is. Very rushy when you actually do get in and by that time your completely exhausted to even remember everything you needed to talk about. Why does she take on new patients when she can’t time manage with the ones she has now.
Very thorough and kind. I have waited a while to get in, other days less wait time. She has always done a full investigation of my issues and those of my children. She also always ends every meeting asking me if I have any other questions. One of the best doctors Ive had. I cant imagine the rude individual who called her, an RN at best, has either a medical degree, or a baccalaureate degree in Nursing. To be so dismissive of people who work so hard for their education is juvenile at best!
I love Dr. Rawoof. I was referred to her by a close friend. She is amazing. You never feel rushed out of her office. She is very thorough. She genuinely seems to care for her patients. Her staff is great. Ada is so nice to deal with. I'm so glad I joined her practice.
Even with apt you wait 2 hours. 3 week wait just to get in.

I am a chronic pain sufferer(for years)& won't get into all the details it's a long story After prescribing pain med(no abuse on my part)my visit in Nov 2016 she says this is the last one 30 day Script When I question her she proceeded to get Angry Face Turned RED Raised her Voice & told me She wasn't risking her license new Mandate Jan 1/17 VERY RUDE has NO Clue how to Treat a Patient I'm trying to de roster BUT She has kept me on & NO New Doc will take me when the roster says I have a Doc
I went too this doctor an never returned. she was very rushy, did not pay any attention to what i was telling her. the dr office was not clean and was completely packed. i would not recommend her to anyone.
This is the worst doctor ive ever seen. She does not have timely appointments and she is real piece lf work. Doesnt even look you in the eyes when you see her and her receptionionst is the rudest lady ive ever met.
I'd give zero stars if i could. Terrible reception. Terrible doctor. Just go to a walk in clinic and you'll get in faster to see a doctor...and they'll be better and more thorough. dr.rawoof is essentially an RN at best.
