Originally from Toronto, this purveyor of sushi has moved to Stratford to bring fresh sushi to eager Stratfordians armed with chopsticks and ready to enjoy the first Japanese restaurant in town. Dark hardwood floors, and an austere and unassuming room, allow the colours and flavours of the rainbow, dynamite and lobster rolls to take centre stage.
