The recipe that helped solidify Windsor's reputation for having some of the best pizza in the world, is now over a half century old and still being lovingly followed at our three Antonino's Original Pizza locations.
Pizza was cold even though I picked it up on time. I ordered premium items:1 was forgotten; 2 you could count the pieces. I spoke to the manager on duty and his response was: "it wasn't a good idea to order one of the items because it's put on by a machine". I let him know that that was not an appropriate response. I won't get into all of the details, but the rest of the conversation was worse. Not the first time they've messed up my order. But it's the last. I won't be back. Ever.
This is our entire family's favourite pizza by far. The sauce has the perfect balance between rich tomato flavour and spice. No one gets heartburn from it; they use real mozzarella cheese.
The pizza was very overpriced at $35 for a large, because it included chicken as a topping. I could've had two pizzas from another restaurant in town that would taste just as well in fact I've never ordered from them again.
