We took our loving rat to this vet for cremation with a paw print and ashes to be returned. The vet office confirmed that she will receive the ashes. When she came to the office, she found out that the requested ashes of our beloved pet was "communally" cremated and so we could not have it returned to us. This was extremely careless and callous to have something sacred to be disregarded so lightly, even if through miscommunication. I would not trust this vet for the care for any other of my pets
I am on a fixed income and have been bringing my terrier to the College St Veterinary Clinic for about three years now. I am happily satisfied with Dr. Saram. He hasn't charged me an arm and a leg, like another vet clinic did. In fact, one Saturday morning my dog had a follow up appointment. Dr. Saram arrived about ten minutes late due to road construction. He waived the usual brief office fee of $ 25. I was really impressed ! He really cares for the animals he treats, too !
We've been going to see Dr. Saram since he opened College Street Animal Hospital just over a year ago. Now, not only do my pets go but my family, neighbours and friends all take their pets there now too. Why? Dr. Saram is the best at taking you through your options and working with your family budget while making sure to keep treatments as minimally invasive as possible for your pet.
He does house calls if it is tough for you or your animal to travel and always follows up to see how his patients are doing.
We had a rescue dog a few months ago that other vets recommended surgery for... Dr. Saram chose to treat inflammation and changed her diet to help her loose weight which fixed the problem in only a few weeks!

I have a cat and a dog that both have been treated by Dr. Saram. The amount of care they received after surgery, follow up visits were very reassuring that we are in the RIGHT hand.
I was able to speak to the staff and the Doctor while my pets were at the hospital. Doctor took his time to explain the procedure until i was comfortable. After the discharge, my calls & millions of questions were welcomed by Doctor and his staff. Prices are reasonable. But most of all I feel they care for your pet and your family more than anything else.
I highly recommend the service at this hospital, you will be very satisfied :))))
