They will request confirmation through email twice and a text a couple days before every single appointment. If you dont confirm your appointment through email even though most people dont check their emails regularly they will just cancel it without any effort to contact you through a phone call. Even if you book 3 months before Stylist had no interest in what I was looking for just chopped my hair off. Left two chunks of hair on either side of my face 2 inches shorter than everything else.

Love this place! Went for my first curly cut almost 2 years ago and I will keep going back. They really know curls, and I always get compliments on my hair. My stylist is awesome and gives me great advice and tips on how to maintain my curls at their best, suggests products to use and how to use them properly for my specific type of curls. There's no pressure to buy their products, and they have a great variety available to choose from.

Cute little salon-everyone had curly hair!!- Love the fact that my stylist cut my hair dry-then washed, trimmed, and wet it again. A very good technique for my type of hair. Will definitely return when I want another cut- . ~
