The worse don't go to this location. I was there in 2014 for my reading glasses had some problems with them but they corrected it with reading /computerized. Decided to go back because of the reviews for Main and Danforth location big mistake the sales person talked me into a designer frame nothing like the one I picked at the Danforth location at 1st she was quoting me for the frame and lenses over$1000 then she kept on giving me discounts $735.00 had to take them back and wait for new lenses.
I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.
I am not sure about those other reviews, but I had a pretty fine experience. Everything nowadays is technological so having the price on the computer and having it calculate everything is much easier for the employees. They have great brands and seem to be always trying to help us and they always give us the best help we need. Plus all of there products you can tell are extremely high quality which is fantastic
DO NOT go to this store. People who work that are just RUDE. They would not tell me the price until they put all my information in the system. I did purchase two pairs of glasses but am not happy with the products, they don't fit me well and when I raised it, the staff told me that it's like that. They just care about their profits and have not interest in anything else.
Terrible, as long as your going to buy their helpful. But once you've made your purchase, its as if they don't care at all, about you or the product they gave you. terrible service, its like their trying to push you out the store if you complain directly to them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
Staff were pushy to sell me specific brands but when I returned with problems from their recommendations, the staff were hostile and rude. They also refused to refund me and left me no choice but to replace items only from them. This was the most frustrating and infuriating experience I've had purchasing anything in my life. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects decent customer service.
