Worst service ever. The only waiter/server/I...

Worst service ever. The only waiter/server/I don't know what else was on the phone the entire time he was handing out menues. And also when he was serving. It seemed like we were being ignored while he was in the back the entire time. We had to almost serve ourselves. Bowls/Plates/Cups were not clean.
