Clean, friendly and an amazing groomer! Best I’ve ever been to! My little dog has bitten and scratched a couple of groomers apart from the one groomers she went to when she was a puppy. Debbie was fantastic, caring but strict, which is exactly what my dog needed. Lovely job and Debbie explained to me what she was doing and why. It was very interesting-I’d always wanted to see how it was done but most groomers don’t offer this. We will be making a lot more visits in the future! Thank you so mu
Absolutely terrible. I booked an app three weeks ahead bc my puppy was spayed and She told me to do the grooming after being spayed. I waited a month past when she needed the clipping. Arrived at my scheduled appointment and she repetitively told me I didn’t booked an appointment and the whole conversation we had didn’t take place. My poor puppy is so overdue now and will to continue to wait while I make a new appointment with someone else. She didn’t even apologize once or try to fit her in.
This is my second visit to this groomer. I loved that I was able to stay and watch my dog being groomed and felt my dog was less stressed because of this. It took no more then an hour and my dog didn't have to sit and wait in a cage at all (as is usually the case with other groomers). I liked the fact that only one dog is being groomed at one time. Thank you Debbie for doing a great job.
Deezle and Reemie love going to see Debbie at "That Extra Scratch Behind the Ear" grooming salon! The salon is large, spacious, bright, airy and very beachie! Debbie is a very caring and knowledgeable groomer! Furkid parents are welcome to stay and watch their pets being groomed!
