I once got a PRP session done there (back in 2020 when they offered it) and the "nurse" didn't have much experience, she had a trouble finding my vein and kept trying multiple times with the needle (it was awful) to take blood from my arm for the procedure. Moreover, they make you pay in advance for all the session and refuse to give refund. I only got once session done and payed for 4 sessions, and now they no longer offer this service and refused to give me a refund!!!
