    3rd time not showing up to clear sidewalk and driveway within the city time limits. This is for an elderly lady and we have had to go over and clean the snow ourselves every big snow fall. Asking for our money back as we were clear that we needed this services completed on a timely manner. Hard to even get a reply to see if they will show up. Does not answer texts or phone calls. If they don't have enough time do not take on more contracts.
