    Buyer beware. These lawyers have no idea what they are doing. Had to re-sign forms multiple times due to errors on their part. They also are not upfront on how all the multiple charges would be for mortgage and their own fees are much higher than other lawyers. went to them based on recommendation. not worth it. advice is to investigate. Lesson learned here
