Terrible...6 machines out of order. Placed my laundry in front of machine, went to get the rest of my laundry and someone cut in and put their laundry into that machine. Dark and very unprofessional, unfriendly management. Asked about 3 other machines for potential use and management said they weren't available to use. Very inconvenient when you advertise lots of machines but there aren't any available to use. Informing manager won't help improve the situation. He said they own the entire plaza.

Don't use this laundromat. Their machines don't work. I put 50 cents in dryers. One with 3 jeans shirts and 2 skirts. Other was with only thin tops and silk komono. This dryer with thin tops was wet as I took from dryer. Approached guy who argued 50 cents won't dry clothes showed him my jeans that were dry. He refused to return the 50 cents. He said he was the owner. Go to the laundromat close to Lauzon. They were good at one point bit their customer service sucks. He touched my clothes.
