SOOOOOOOOOOO SLOW
Went there with a party of 10, reservation were made and menu was pre ordered. Sitting us down was not problem since it was a private party. But to get fed was another problem. It took them two hours to acutually start bringing us our food. Good was pretty good, however we were starving at the time.

NO! It's not homey or Italian service!
I have travelled all over Italy and have eaten at the most rustic trattorias to the fanciest ristorantes and everywhere in between...so I can tell you that you can all keep kidding yourselves about Desserts Plus..the truth is the food quality is CHEAP and the service is IGNORANT! They would never serve such food to you in Italy, ..you go because it's the cheapest place in woodbridge to eat but so are the ingredients you are eating!

Give me a break!
Desserts Plus is what it is...simple food, simple prices. I go for cheap lunches and it's fine for that. But sometimes it's just not worth the rude, slow and terrible service.

Home Made Meal requires patience
I have been to desserts plus many times and the service was slow. Top my amazement on this day it was great. The food is never an issue. In the past when we have experienced slow service, we have said we will not go back and still we go back as the portions are great and so is the price. You have to be patient and I recommend making a reservation so that you are not waiting. If they would hire more staff too , that would make people less irritable and could end up making them more profitable as they will seat more people in one evening.

I, too, agree with most of the reviews...the...
I, too, agree with most of the reviews...the service is slow and you do feel like you're bothering the staff.....the gentleman who sat us was absolutely rude. We did have reservations but still had to wait and we were actually moved from our table once we sat down to accomodate another party. But the food was good and the portions were big..enough to take a doggy bag home!! Since it was my first visit, I will give it one more chance. Its too bad about the service, though...
