The worst and most expensive experience there . Not only I got the dark black base color in spite of mentioning I need brown or dark brown also they left a big color mark on may face even after reminding fir 3 times it is not the end . They humiliated me just because of the volume of my hair. I wish I could rate ZERO. I have to go to another salon to fix this mess.

Spend over 330$ Plus 50$ tips and my supposed balayage looked exactly as before no one can even tell that I got my hair done I told Jerry what I wanted after I could clearly see that it didn’t look as what I wanted and he kind of avoided me and did not even asked me to fix it very disappointing and expensive for such a bad outcome not to say my hair was badly and poorly washed i walked out and you can see the scalp of my hair not properly wash very disappointed and angry

Worst haircut from the owner Fabio. The female color technician left me with breakage and over processed blonde hair. Now costing me money for treatments and don't trust anyone.
